The earthing is important, otherwise the system will not have a
protective effect. According to the general regulations regarding
electrical installation, the earthing must be performed by a professional
electrical company.
We will describe what the electrician has to do. The electrician
connects the earth strap or cable, that is supplied with the system,
to the protective earth wire of the adjacent plug socket or if necessary,
to the fuse box. Then, the cable or strap is usually attached to
the skirting board inconspicuously. This completes the professional
work.
Some customers say to us: "I could do that myself" - however, it
is not permitted due to regulations.
Afterwards, wallpaper or another wall covering can be put up over
the fleece.
